I had researched refrigerators and wanted a French door, bottom freezer style. The different shelves (flip up style and slide under top shelves) accommodate a variety of different objects. The icemaker works great and i like the smaller, pyramidal cubes. Other reviewers had complained about the noise, but I do not hear it at all, even when I'm in the kitchen, so I think they must have had a problem with the particular item, which brings me to the issue....
Unfortunately there was an issue. The shelves are sided -- there are 2 left shelves and 2 right shelves. In my box there were 3 right shelves. I discovered this because the installers left the wine holder sitting on the shelf they had placed on the lower left because it didn't slide on as it should have because the shelf wasn't in the right place. I have called Service and have been told that a new shelf will be delivered, but it hasn't arrived in 3 weeks yet. This review request reminds me to call again. I'm a bit disappointed that the installers didn't notice, but they did so many other wonderful things (helped me take off a cabinet that was just a fraction too low) that I can't complain. Once the new shelf arrives, all will be right in the world.

CORRECT TEMPERATURE.......HOW LONG MUST I WAIT????
After initial installation, how long should it be before the freezer temperature reaches 0 degrees and the refrigerator temperature reaches 37 degrees? Called Best Buy and they said we need to allow at least 12 hours!!!!!!!!!!!????????? REALLY? What is a person supposed to do with the food that was in their old refrigerator/freezer (which we no longer have, had the installers remove it for us) during this 12 hours? My house is cooler than the new refrigerator after 6 hours of being plugged in, the freezer is at 78 and the fridge is at 84. Food would spoil if I put it in this new fridge. If it is normal that it will take 12 hours or so to get to the appropriate temperatures then this information NEEDS to be told to the person buying the product so they can prepare to have ice chests for their food or maybe neighbors that would help with storing the food in their refrigerators. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
I had food in an ice chest with ice packs and put it in at night. It did take about 12 hours to reach temperature. Honestly I think it's unrealistic to expect and electric unit to heat up or cool down instantaneously. The thought would not have occurred to me to imagine I could put food directly into a brand new refrigerator and I have bought 5 or 6 in my lifetime, some very high end.

What accessories are required to be purchased for a new installation to be complete?
Do I need a water line kit or power cord, etc...?
The installers hooked mine all up with new water line and power cord. I did not see if they were in the box, but it was part of the free delivery and installation.
