Water in the crispers

We purchased the Samsung 19.4 cu ft. French door refrigerator model #RF20HFENBRS in July 2014. It has been determined by repair people that the frig is a "lemon" and therefore is eligible for replacement. The problem has been 4 repairs for water in the crispers and it's doing it again. Has Samsung corrected this problem in the 2015 models of the 19.4 cu ft. French door? I like the refrigerator but am hesitant to replace it with the same kind.

Full Width Store More Drawer...

Can you please tell me if the full width drawer is temperature and/or humidity controlled? Also, can you tell me the height of the drawer as I am used to storing rather bulky items (roast or a whole chicken) in a drawer that looks similar.

Haven't had any issues with this as of this review

for the water line on refrigerator model FGHF2366PF, what size compression fitting does it use, 1/4" or 5/16, or 3/8"

didn't check size but must be somewhat standard because the hose fitting from my 18 year old refrigerator fit nicely on this new one.

CORRECT TEMPERATURE.......HOW LONG MUST I WAIT????

After initial installation, how long should it be before the freezer temperature reaches 0 degrees and the refrigerator temperature reaches 37 degrees? Called Best Buy and they said we need to allow at least 12 hours!!!!!!!!!!!????????? REALLY? What is a person supposed to do with the food that was in their old refrigerator/freezer (which we no longer have, had the installers remove it for us) during this 12 hours? My house is cooler than the new refrigerator after 6 hours of being plugged in, the freezer is at 78 and the fridge is at 84. Food would spoil if I put it in this new fridge. If it is normal that it will take 12 hours or so to get to the appropriate temperatures then this information NEEDS to be told to the person buying the product so they can prepare to have ice chests for their food or maybe neighbors that would help with storing the food in their refrigerators. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

i haven't checked the temp for accuracy but appears to be normal as advertised

Is dispensed water cold or room temperature?

I just purchased this fridge (less than 1 week old), and the dispensed water does not get cold at all. Even after drawing 2-3 glasses - no cold water. I hate adding ice to make water cold.

So question is - is this how it is supposed to be or is my refrigerator broken somehow? The refrigerator is already at 37 F. Freezer at 0 F.

If thats how its supposed to be (no cold water) Is there any workaround for this?

Refrigerator does NOT dispense cold water, only slightly cool
