What's great about it: easy to set up and great range and speed
What's not so great: have cinderblock walls and its hard to get the signal through
Real fast and easy to use. Only downside is trying to get the signal through my whole house with cinderblock walls. In normal house it works perfect.

Yes but you will need to get the wire harness and the face plate.

will this router work with Comcast service?

I am forced to use Comcast in an area no one else covers. Comcast charges a rental fee for routers and I don't want to give them any more money than I have to. I am unfamiliar with the concept of purchasing my own router and do not know if every router works with every internet provider.
Yes router works with any internet conection but it is not a modem. The modem is usually what you rent. A modem is what your cable wire plugs into and then this router plugs into thw modem to make you internet qireless or lan. You can buy a cable modem from bestbuy but askbthe geek which one works with Comcast
