What's great about it: Fast, lightweight, easy to set up, fast streaming
What's not so great: Screen size small; Can't install Scrabble
We got the chromebook for our Mom for her birthday and she loves it. She says it is lighter and easier to use than her old Dell Inspiron 1501. The only con was the screen size, so we set her up with HDMI to her big screen tv with a wireless mouse and she loooooooves it.
For 90% of people out there who only go online for e-mail, FB, Facebook games, web search and video streaming, this little guy is all you need.
The setup was a snap. Done and online in less than 10 min. It really does boot in like 7 seconds. Just log in and you are ready to go!
This product is... Good sound quality, A nice compact size, easy to set up, lightning fast
About me... Budget Conscious, Comfortable with technology, bought it for retired parent

can it support office 365

You can't load programs on the chromebook like Microsoft Office, but you can use Google Docs (Office equivalents) to do most of what the Office products do for you:
word processor, spreadsheets, and presentation capabilities — but it’s completely free and accessible online through Google’s cloud-based storage service, Google Drive.
