What's great about it: Not only pretty, but works great and is very quiet
What's not so great: Nothing I can find to complain about
I purchased this dryer as it matched the new washing machine I bought several months ago. I am very happy with them both, very impressed with the quietness of both washer and dryer. Very good value.
This product is or has... Big enough capacity for a comforter, Stability, so it doesn't vibrate my house, All the cycles I need, All the settings I need

What's great about it: Feel confident it will not spring a leak.
I have had friends whose washer hose broke and they were not home and their floors were ruined. Paying extra for this hose is worth the peace of mind!

What's great about it: Gets clothes clean and is very quiet
What's not so great: Haven't found anything yet
Washing machines have certainly changed since I purchased our last washer!!!! This new agitation system gets clothes real clean without being too hard on the clothes. Took me a while to get used to. I did not believe a washer that was so quiet could do the job.
This product is or has... A great water saver, All the cycles I need, Energy efficient, Big enough capacity for a comforter, Doesn't vibrate my house, Great at getting tough stains out, Easy to use controls

Does this machine work well with "pod" type detergents?

I just ordered this washer and am curious if I can continue using my Tide Pods or other similarly packaged detergents? Do they work effectively in this type of machine, or should I switch back to regular liquid detergent?

Works fine with pods, just put on top of clothes before starting. But why not use liquid soap, it's cheaper and works great!

Does this dryer have a hamper door that drops down?

Few dryers still have the drop-down "hamper door. This model showed up in a search for hamper doors but I can't find info about how the door opens. Please let me know.
