We had a complicated install and we were really looking forward to the site survey in order to avoid headaches on the installation day. Instead they showed up on installation day, no site survey performed and guess what? We had a number of problems that caused our Install to be delayed by two weeks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We chose to go with a Sanus full motion tv mount (it can go left, right, as well as up and down) for our daughter's 42" Samsung. She's very happy with it and we were satisfied with the price.
We used Geek Squad for the installation and they were awesome. They paid close attention to detail, set up everything form cable to blu ray to other peripherals that went with that television- and that was all included in the install price. The Geek Squad agents were super nice and I couldn't ask for a better experience. Good luck :)
