I bought this product for my new DELL 2-in-1 which does not have the regular USB port. It came with only one adaptor to convert the newer USB 3.0 to the older type of USB port. I used all the features without any issue. What I like the most is that it is well built and it comes with everything needed for connecting a laptop to other devices. It is easy to connect cables to the different ports. I connect the HDMI to my TV and to a secondary monitor. With HDMI at 1080p worked with my TV, which is not a 4K.
This is my first time using this type of product on newer laptops with USB 3.0 port. After many uses without issues, I recommend this product.

This bulb has a great light output. It is daylight white light. It is not heavy. The box contains 4 bulbs. One of the bulbs that came in the box did not work well. Went to the store and there was no issue to get it returned. Bestbuy has an excellent customer service.

Two of my wireless smoke alarm detectors started to alert of low battery. The original batteries that came with the device were Panasonic and I wanted to keep the original brand factory installed battery because they lasted a very long time. I searched on the internet and I came to this one. It has a different label but it is basically the same battery. I highly recommend these battery. Don't want to go CHEAPO on an important device like a smoke detector, you are protecting your home and family. The delivery from BestBuy was FAST.

My wife struggles every time there is a birthday because she doesn't know what to pick up as the gift. I usually like to have gift cards of $10 for ths purpose. This card is five dollars more, for special friends.

I always leave the dash cam in the car but I remove it from the windshield to avoid it (1) getting damaged and (2) someone breaking into the car to steal it. I would remove it and place in the glove compartment or the armrest compartment (if the car has one). It will get hotter if left on the windshield versus if place in the car's compartment. I especially remove it when I know the car will be parked for a prolonged period of time. Always remember to place the dashcam back when driving and don't turn it off until complete park. The main purpose of the device is to record video as of evidence if you or others might need it.

can you turn volume off so its not recording your conversation in the car ?
Very simple to do. While the machine is on, select the down button to enter into the "setting" mode. Then scroll to the Microphone option with the down/up button and select by pressing the "Ok" button. Then you get the option to turn On or Off the microphone.
I highly recommend the microphone setting to be ON at all time if your intention is to record evidence of your driving and of others. The microphone can also work as evidence whenever you get pulled over and you use it in court, you will have video and voice recorded evidence. In an incident/accident, the voice recording will add more value to your evidence (or the opposite if it is your fault, which you may delete). The microphone feature in this device is the feature that made me purchase this PAPAGO!
One of the main reasons for all dash cams is to have proof/evidence and this will work well you don't have a witness that view the incident.

I used the pen for an Amazon Kindle Reader and it workes fine. These type of pen work will most/all tablets and smart phones. The pens that DO NOT work with tablets and smartphones are the Nintendo's DSI pens. You should be fine with this pen.
