Does it work with a GoPro HERO2 camera?

I believe the GoPro Hero2 takes a mini card. This SanDisk Extreme Plus is not a mini. This memory card is fairly new on the market. You would have to contact SanDisk or look on their Website. Sorry.

Store documents, digital photos, music and more on this P-FD16GATT3-EF 16GB flash drive that is compatible with PC or Mac desktops or laptops that feature a compatible USB 2.0 port.

How do I connect a PNY flash drive to my pc laptop?

The PNY flash drive seems too big for my laptop?
You should have a USB port on your computer on the sides. They just push in the USB PORT

 PNY - Compact Attaché 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive - Black/White
PNY - Compact Attaché 16GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive - Black/White
Take your files on the go with this PNY Compact Attaché 16GB flash drive that features a USB 2.0 interface for fast connections and is compatible with most PC and Mac laptop and desktop computers.

My PC has a USB 2.0 port. Can I use a USB 3.0 flash drive to transfer data? Or does it have to be a 2.0 USB flash drive only.

You can use the USB 3.0 but it possibly will only go as fast as the 2.0 USB. Today's computers us more USB 3.0. But yes you can, but slower
