This washer may work fine for some but the auto sensing water level just doesn't work for me.Will return and exchange for one without auto sensing. And by the way this was not the machine i asked for in the first place, But as of this review I now have a new machine without auto sensing so far so good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This case does fit and performs a job but where the pieces snap together are not to my liking a little rough on the edges for me. Ended up with a TAVIK one piece and love it.

why are my clothes wet?

I had a load that became unlevel and i was able to find the instructions to reset it, but my loads are not spinning all the water out. Kim
I would make sure the washer is level and make sure of setting if your only washing one or two items.
