I got this online/shipped to my home?--and, I could not believe how big it is! Loud, and the Bluetooth, and CD, remote control, etc., work seamlessly, as if it were a $500-unit. Even if there weren't that extra, third speaker, it would still be a lot bigger than my old, over a decade-old shelf-system I replaced it with. Bang-for-the-buck!

At first, I thought setting it up was frustrating... But, for the price, and trouble, what you have in return, is quite a sophisticated little computer, dependable, and even better than the prior model, which was also very good. All questions aside, it's not perfect, but, it's definitely worth its price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: The features, and support.
What's not so great: There's not much to complain about.
There was a glitch, at the first set-up session, and for a couple weeks, there, I still hadn't gotten onto the internet. I called support, though, and Samsung had excellent support! They said we wouldn't end the call, without me getting internet access. I feel like the weight has been lifted, because if a company has great support, you'll never lose.

What's great about it: I don't know of anything lacking, technologically
What's not so great: It takes some referring to the user manual, and figuring out?
I got angry at cell phone companies, primarily the pricing, and the alleged accidents, that cost, then the consequent bad service, so I turned to a popular video-chat provider, and use their $2.99 unlimited calling plan, that people cannot call you, but is a tiny fraction of the going rate of cell calling plans. So, I just pay Verizen forty a month for data, and voila! I use the wi-fi for free, and use the cellular (2GB) sparingly, and you can switch with the swipe of a finger back or forth. I'm getting used to it, after about 5 weeks of having it, and starting to feel quite comfortable. Tablets rule, as a third computer... I have an old Compaq desktop, directly connected to the cable-modem, along with the wireless router, which I use my Dell all-in-one with in the bedroom, and the tablets the portable! A major selling point was the high resolution cameras, since I am interested in photography. Otherwise, Samsung had caught my eye, for quality.
This product is... responsive touch screen, Good sound quality, easy to set up, lightning fast, Variety of apps available, A nice compact size, Sharp graphics, Comfortable to hold

can you access all features without the remote?
i have a rental house and want to put the remote away and have folks use the unit? can ALL controls be accessed from the unit, without the remote, including the cd player?
Yeah, I own this one, now, and have been able to do that. It's a little hard to figure out what buttons work what, but I think if somebody really wants to, they can work it. It's a strong stereo too, especially for the money.

Being a person who has been the victim of a computer virus: The virus I got on my PC, was so wicked (shutting it for the vast extent of it, completely down). I would say that even if most viruses wouldn't effect it, there will always be one out there that could. That's why you should always search the internet secure, because there are thousands of viruses out there, and new ones every day.
