Bought these after researching quite a bit - it has very good online reviews. I am satisfied with them. Would give it five stars but the speakers do lack something I would prefer and that is a bass / treble control. You can fully adjust the subwoofer volume from full to zero so that helps for when you want volume but not a lot of boom. The small speakers sound remarkably well and have nice stands. They look good too. And Klipsch is a name that always brings quality to the product! Again, if more controls, five stars.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is there a OFF and On switch for the ProMedia 2.1 speakers???

No but the volume control throttles back to zero for no sound. And the subwoofer is controlled separately if you want full volume to it, or partial, or none, using its own volume control know placed conveniently on the right desktop speaker next to the main volume control. But if you want the indicator light on the right speaker to go out and literally not have power to any of the three speakers, then you have to unplug them from the outlet or power strip.
