What's great about it: Sets itself up easily
What's not so great: Very light. shakes while printing.
As with any ink cartridge printer. Ink expensive. Manufactures learned to sell printer cheap and market their own ink supply.

What's great about it: Size
What's not so great: Adjustable arm
This is a great monitor to play games on. Touch display is a plus in some of my games. Screen is large and makes the touch a plus. Only draw back is the arm that props the monitor up. The monitor I got from the store had to be returned, it didn't adjust at all. This second monitor arm works but be careful not to touch screen to hard, it will adjust and lean backwards on you. Putting a block behind it worked perfect. Colors are great. Sound is low but you don't want this monitor for the sound.
This product has... Easy to setup, Poor quality speakers, HDMI connection

This happened to me before. I unplugged it, waited 20 seconds replugged it and it fixed itself.

why wont touch screen work?
The touch screen has a cable that connects from your monitor to your usb plug in on your computer. Do you have it plugged in. Note this is not the video cable. You will have 2 connection wires plus your power cord.

How do you adjust the stand?
I couldn't budge the one in store.
Return it and have them send you another. You probably got the one I returned. The next one adjusted.
