Used this to replace my Seagate Central. The disc works as said but intermittently I have had slow downs with transfer rate. When installed, it opens a Public network connection that is pretty much useless. Use the mapped drive it creates instead. Plex has been challenging to work with. Even with DLNA enabled it took days to sync up my media. And it always asks for premium subscription. What’s that nonsense.
The drive just got updated and seems to be better since. Will see how it goes or it may end up back to the store.

Is there a setting that turns off/on the motion sensor function?
You can setup rules for this in the app or use IFTTT and add the channel for Belkin. However, the motion sensor is super sensitive. It bombarded my mailbox with snapshots within a minute. However, I was impressed that the motion notification that included the image capture with it.
