Decent amount of storage for the price. Western Digital has always been my favorite hard drive brand. They never let me down. I use these all the time in a point of sale environment. Never have any issues and works for uses 24x7

does this work in dell laptops

need new hard drive for my dell inspirion 1545
Yes, as long as it is a SATA style hard drive. And the drive size is 2.5. The SATA Western Digital for laptops will work.

Does this hard drive come with a mounting bracket?

The hard drive only comes with 4 screws to attach it to a mounting bracket. I don't recall any hard drive that comes with a bracket. That is normally purchased separate.
