So If you like drinking their coffee you are fine. If you try to use a coffee made somewhere else this new machine will not work.. how annoying.. I guess they think they will "corner the market" on k cup sales when they are only increasing the volume of returns and sales for cuisinart.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Lightweight, maintains the sleek form factor of the phone. Not bulky
What's not so great: If you carry the phone in your pocket as I, the cover piece has a tendency to move which turns on the display.
Overall this is a good case that provides adequate protection for your phone while maintaining a slim and sleek form factor aiding in the ease of use.

What's great about it: It works, it's quiet
What's not so great: Moderately confusing to configure.
Still have not figured Out how to set this machine up to turn on and off on my own schedule. Not that I have spent a lot of time on it, but was not obvious on my initial setup. Also an automatic off option would be great!

Is the window completely open? Or does it have plastic to protect the screen when closed? THanks

There is a plastic window that protects your display. It is also pretty easy to collaborate if your phone through this window using your fingers.
