Seems to work, but time will tell. They don't seem to last very long; this is the third cable I've bought for my wife. Cables have a limited lifetime but apple cables have a shorter life life than most.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works, but that's it's only redeeming quality. Not worth the premium in price over a $7.99 cordless mouse. Using it is a real chore.
I'm surprised at how clunky and unenjoyable this is to use considering this is a Logitech product.
It's heavy, difficult to move (sticky) get's stuck then shoots forward. I've cleaned both bottom of house and tabletop, and it makes little difference.
I much prefer trackball mice because they stay in one place and don't need to be moved too much.
On the package, there is a great whoop de doo about what it can do. Setting it is impossible. I gave up. The instructions are horrible and only serve to muddy an already incomprehensible design.
Why did I buy it? I didn't. I was in the hospital, and my wonderful wife who knows nothing about things like this, volunteered to pick up a mouse up for me as my trackpad was hard to use.
Ironically, the trackpad worked better than this mouse. If I weren't over the two week return period because I'm in the hospital, I would return it.
Not worth the money.

It's a great stylus if you use it for it's intended use. It's wonderful for opening apps on my smartphone and tablet.
Should you download the SwiftKey app, it's about 99% accurate on the G8+, probably because of the smallish keys.
I wanted the fine tipped one, so I could write on those apps that allow it. It would save a lot of time, especially on the fly, but couldn't justify the considerable jump in price.
Writing non-ability aside, it's a joy on the screen, gliding like an Olympic figure skater destined for a gold medal.
I really can't think of anything I'd improve except for making it a bit longer, so the keys aren't blocked by your hand, and a little thicker, to improve holdability.
I bought the first one for full freight with my bonus points, but when I saw them at 1/2 price on Cyber Monday, I bought a couple of them.
I lost the original and was going slowly insane with a stylus that bogged down constantly no matter how many times I cleaned the screen(s) or the tip.
Am enjoying the new one, and am going to make a concerted effort not to lose it. I put the other one in a safe place that more than likely will forget.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i've read there are two versions of this model. the earlier one had LOGITECH AND FULL LOGO WHERE VERSION TWO JUST SAY'S LOGITECH ON IT. THE 2ND VERSION IS Laser-grade optical AND MORE STABLE WHICH IS THIS ONE ?
I don't know which is which, but I have the one with just the Logitech name on it. It's horrible. You best try each and see. Personally, I'd go with a different mouse. The picture I posted has the logo, mine has the name.
