The new washer was smaller but couldn't fit it in. Apparently that is not their problem. Left with it sticking out a couple of inches. Should have made them take it with them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We were pleased that the "range kit" was not overpriced at Best Buy. We looked at the same stove at Home Depot and they wanted an excessive amount of money for the kit above and beyond the price of the range. That is why we bought at Best Buy. It was truly the BEST BUY!

Our old stove was comparable. It slowly lost the ability to light the burners automatically. Then the oven would not heat up. WOW! The new stove is quick to light and the stove is hot in no time at all. We have even used the broiler which was never possible on the original range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Yes, the price we paid included installation and haul away. Make sure it says so in your fine print so you don't get screwed by Best Buy as we did. Heaven forbid if you need to contact customer service because they read a script and have no compassion for extenuating circumstances.

will delivery people hookup gas line to gas range?

If I buy the gas range, and buy the flex gas line... will the delivery people hookup the gas line, at no additional cost?
You can see why they want to hook it up, so your house doesn't blow up and you sue them. Everyone makes you buy the "kit." Home Depot charged an arm and a leg for the kit. Best Buy had a nominal fee.
