Purchased this hair dryer recently to replace the bulky, outdated one I'd used for years. LOVE the look of it, with it's iridescent orange glow ... but it's not the dryer for me. VERY loud and VERY powerful ~ way too much for my short, fine hair; dries so quickly you don't have time to style. However, great for someone with thick, longer locks who doesn't mind the noise ~ my daughter loves it!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my new phone case, as it's my first Life Proof, and I no longer worry about dropping/shattering/breaking my phone. Before this, I always had 'simple' cases and had to be extra careful. Only thing I'd change is wider array of color choices and clearer instructions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looking for a gift for someone with thick hair - shoulder length. Will this dry thick, long hair quickly?

Yes, definitely ... but it's VERY loud ... may need earplugs/head phones when blow-drying hair. @:
