This isn't a complex device - it allows you to advance through your slide presentation, and it has a red laser-pointer.
It's comfortable to hold, the buttons are solid, and it just works. The USB dongle hides in the body, and it installed without issue for me on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 - can't ask for anything more.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Will this work with Prezi?

I am working from a Mac Book Pro with Retina. I have an apple remote, but cannot get it to configure without spending $$ on an app or the remote losing its ability to work with my Apple TV.
I bought it specifically to use for a Prezi presentation with my Windows laptop.

I just plugged it into my Mac Mini, and it works fine with Prezi on Chrome.
