The salesperson must have been new. He was eager to help but wasn't to sure about things. He id go to a senior sales person and got the right answer for me. I like Best Buy except for the phone people and your billing doesn't make a lot of sense. I got a bill for almost $100 and no one seems to know what it is but we thing it has something to do with the phone I bought early summer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: They did a good job of putting the screen saver on
What's not so great: When it was done, they said nothing. I had to ask if it was ready. A lady before me sat there waiting for an hour
A lady before me sat there for over an hour. We talked about it and she said she was told to wait and they would have it finished shortly. They never did tell her anything. She finally asked how much longer and they told her that it was ready. I went up every 10 minutes and asked if it was ready. I waited about 20 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

zagg screen protector bought on bestbuy.com
I bought the zagg hd screen protector to replace my old one at best buy online. Will best buy install this at no charge since I bought the screen protector at your store? I know that used to be your policy.
They were not happy about putting it on but they did. They said they would do it this one time but not to do it again.
