This is a great hard drive for the money. The 3TB size allows me to store all of my photos and videos without worrying about space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Bluetooth receiver works perfectly as intended. My iPhone automatically connects to when the receiver is powered on. It works so well that I purchased 2 more units for my children's cars.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is this a 2.5 hard drive if so can I use this for my laptop

This is a 3.5" hard drive that won't fit into a laptop.

I have Bluetooth hearing aids compatable with IPhone. Will be this stream my smart tv to my hearing aids?

I have an older Sony amplifier so my question is How does it connect to the receiver?

The unit has a standard 3.5mm analog output jack. Use a 3.5mm to Stereo RCA cable to connect to a receiver. The unit also has a toslink optical output if your Sony receiver has an optical input.
