This soundbar system packs a fairly large sound for being so streamlined. The setup is easy and diverse. The subwoofer puts out a lot of bass. Overall I'm loving this product. Cheers Vizio!

Does this have an HDMI port?
No HDMI hookup but there is 6 different ways to get the job done (rca, 1/8 inch, digital, optical, usb, and blue tooth).

can I connect my CD player to this system

Can any CD player be hooked up to this system or does it require a certain type? If it does require a certain type, can someone please tell me what type I need?

Haven't tried to hook up a cd player myself but this soundbar does have multiple hookups. So you should have no problems hooking up any cd player!

TV Volume Control?

Do you have to use the remote that comes with the Sound Bar to control volume, or, if you're connected to a TV via a digital connection (optical or coax), will the TV's volume control the sound bar volume?
My Samsung tv remote doesn't control the volume. I purchased a universal remote which works fine but I find the sounbar's remote works best as it has a small function screen.

Why is the bluetooth technology listed as "not included"?

Does this mean I cannot connect to the system via a computer or smart phone?
It connected to my smart phone easily. Problems using with my laptop but it has to be a user/settings problem because my laptop reads it as being connected.
