I bought this set after we moved into a new home and my wife wanted to de-clutter and not have the entire A/V set up taking a lot of the living room.
I am very pleased with the sound quality. There are a couple of presets that tweak the settings for what you are watching to really make it easy for even the most novice person. I did buy the rear speakers for the set and those fit in very nicely with it.
Overall I'm very happy with this.

This device is very useful when you want to plug in cords and still have furniture close to the wall. There's 2 USB ports on top for charging gadgets.

I was a little unsure if this mount would be as good as many of the other reviews indicated given the price in relation to the other options/manufacturers. I am pleased to say that I have had even my most optimistic expectations far exceeded. The mount has excellent construction, is easy to install, and my new 60' Samsung looks awesome on it. I could not recommend this any stronger, especially given the price.

I have a Samsung uhd tv 60, it says VESA 400mm x 400 mm will this work with my tv

It should. I have the newest model of the 60" Samsung and it went up extremely easily.

How much sag can be expected for a ~50 lbs flat-screen TV when extended the full length?

None at all. I have the newest model of the 60" Samsung and there's no even the slightest bit of quiver in it.

No. There is a code on the back that you enter via the PlayStation Store that activates it.
