does this phone have an on/off ringer button?

im looking for a phone with a on/off ringer switch. I need to turn off the ringer without unplugging the phone .im also looking for a 4 phone system. I also need a basic phone with thw basics caller i.d., call waiting, digital answering service at a low price. at&t, v-tec, panasonic , are all acceptable. 0n 0ff ringer switch is important.
Yes it has an off along with the ring levels.
