I put these on my 12 X 20 patio and they have greater volume capabilities than I need for that area. But they still have a good range at lower volume somewhat limited by the tone control capabilities of the old Kenwood receiver I am using.

Before purchasing this Orbi I had limited range and spotty WI-FI performance within my house. With the Orbi I have the extended range to my patio, the front yard and 60 or so feet out to my backyard fire pit. Unfortunately the speed is limited by my provider but this unit will handle it when they upgrade. I have about 7 different units using WIFI and have no performance issues. Love it!

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because it wont play Deadpool 4K UHD Bluray disc. I assume I will run into more, but so far out of 20 discs, this is the only disc (tried 2) I had problems with and have read online that other people have the same issue with Deadpool playing on this unit. Sony needs to resolve this. Otherwise for the price range this is a good unit.

I picked this up when it was $900 off on sale and I couldn't be more pleased. I wanted bigger but the price on this one made it a no brainer. It has an incredible picture from a 4K source and the up-scaling seems to work quite well. I won't rate the sound because I always use an external receiver for surround and Dolby Atmos.

I bought this receiver to replace an old Harmon Kardon that was starting to have issues. This is my second Onkyo receiver and I have not been disappointed with the brand yet. I liked the fact that it had more HDMI inputs than many other receivers along with analog inputs and Dolby Atmos was a must. I have only had it a few weeks now and there are options I haven't even begun to use yet but it has great sound. My only complaint is that it is only capable of hooking up to two Dolby Atmos add on speakers. That will probably cause me to upgrade again and this one will get used in another room.

I bought this as a secondary surround sound amp. I wanted an inexpensive surround receiver with lots of HDMI inputs. Finding it on sale for $229 at Best Buy sealed the deal. Having WI-FI capabilities is a plus. Although I don't listen to FM radio often, WI-FI gives me that option as I use it in a basement where FM reception is poor. Online streaming of Pandora, Slacker etc, seems to work better through this receiver than through my Blu-Ray player. It has many input options including HDMI, composite and component. I use this to power my "wall" of large speakers for music, which I also use as front speakers for my surround. The auto surround calibration worked flawlessly. This receiver has plenty of power for loud and clear sound. This Onkyo compares to my ageing Harmon Kardon with the added benefit of newer technology. When it is time to replace the Harmon Kardon in my main system, I will be looking at the Onkyo receivers.

This is Insignia TV #4 for me. They never disappoint. Finding this one on sale for $250 made it irresistible. It was the perfect size for an existing entertainment center at a perfect price. It has a great picture and although I use a surround system the TV itself has pretty good sound. I wish it had more composite hook-ups (only because I still use some old technology occasionally), but that can be remedied with a switch or splitter.

Do I have to create a netgear account in order to use this like you need to for the eero? Also can this be controlled via my computer or is it only controlled via the smartphone app?

My blu-ray menu screen cuts in and out once I turn the "enhanced format on" to allow for HDR content. The HDR movies play just fine and the player's info screen shows that it is in 4K HDR. Anyone have any suggestions?
I upgraded to 18GB premium cables and it seemed to resolve this issue.

Is the VUDU app only HDX at this time?
Yes. Unfortunately UHD is not available from VUDU for Sony. I hope Sony or VUDU resolves this soon.
