Found more information online which helped me out. Works great and gently reminds me I am not moving. I have only had it a month so far. Setting it online and reviewing your progress is great. Don't have to worry about hooking it on and off and stays on your wrist securely. Can even use in the pool!

Blender does smoothies in a snap. Our old Hamilton Beach would really labor and things would not be fully mixed. I find it easy to clean.

We only use Netflix with tv normally. Using this I also stream Youtube, Crackle, Pandora, Google Play, Comedy Central, Vudu and basically whatever I can find online that I want to see on the TV. Only thing I had to do was add DNS settings (use ATT Uverse so looked at connection page). Love it and works great!

The newest upgrade of this product is great. Love voice commands, can listen to music and clean house or do paperwork. Good for cell phone conversations on long drives or getting directions while driving using Google Maps. Love the new color as well.

What does this work with?

So will this work with my computer or do I need a smart phone?
You can sync to either one, but I am not using the smartphone currently (have to enable Bluetooth on phone and pair it). I am using my laptop only at this time with the ANT stick which is included and you plug it into USB port. Keep the device within 3 meters of your computer during setup
Go to: Garminconnect.com/vivofit2
Select Download for Windows or Download for Mac and then select Run
Select the checkbox if you agree to the terms and conditions
Select Install
Select Launch Garmin Express

is there a list that I can look at which shows me what programs are available

for example is the show "Fixer Upper" or "Rehab Addict" or "Pretty Little Liars" available. Obviously, I am not sure how this works.
Basiiclly, using Chrome as browser and once you have installed chromecast plug in, navigate to web page. Click chromecast button, to start casting channel. TV will turn on and show will be on your screen. Fixer Upper, Rehab Addict do work. Only thing that won't work are those that need premium subscription (HBOToGo, Showtime)
