My access point is connected to my satellite dish modem (dsu/csu).
It work very well.

4 Ethernet ports?

Hi. I know there's 4 ports. I connected my laptop to the first port. Does that mean I have to connect another computer to the 2nd port. Or do we share port 1?

My satellite modem connects to the Internet port (port 1). I use the other ports for other devices. All other devices are WiFi.

do ethernet ports work even when wireless modem is turned off

to reduce exposure we turn off wireless modem when not in use. Would the Ethernet ports still be on?

Ether net port still work when the access point is off.
