A very easy to use point and shoot digital camera. I haven't tried out all of the settings yet, but it has a automatic setting where it adjusts it's self to the light it detects in the room and most shots come out really good. Its way better then my old DXG brand digital camera, that only took good shots out doors in bright light, (long story) Anyway, this is a good basic camera for someone who doesn't want to use their phone as a camera. Just make sure you charge it completely before you use it. And you definitely need to buy a memory card, I only took 2 photos with it before the internal memory ran out.

Toshiba - DVD Player/VCR - Black
Fitting more entertainment value into less shelf space just got easier. With a DVD/VCR combo player, you get the connectivity and features without the clutter. One Touch Recording for the VCR provides a simple and convenient way to make a recording. Simply connect your DVD/VCR to your cable or satellite box and then to your monitor/TV and you are set to record a tape with the push of one button!

Serves its purpose, with only 2 small problems

I needed a new DVD/VCR combo to replace my old one and this is the only one I could find at a reasonable price. Since they no longer put tuners in these things, I needed a second set of wires (not included, only one set comes with it) to plug it into the cable box in order for the vcr to be able to tape anything off the TV. But after I figured that out, unit serves its purpose. I only have two real problems with the unit. First, the tray that you put DVD’s into is made of very thin cheep plastic that you have to be extra careful while handling or it could very easily brake off. I do not recommend people with children in the house to let them touch it. Second problem is the layout of the remote. There are a lot of very tiny similar looking and feeling buttons on it. And most of them I never use, especially the number buttons, you don’t use them to set the time and date, that’s all clicking up and down, and because there is no tuner, you don’t use them to change the channels, so they are useless. This makes it very hard to find the DVD buttons, especially at night, in the dark, like I like to watch most movies so I can feel like I am in the theater. My old DVD/VCR combo’s remote had the DVD buttons bigger than the rest and other important buttons had different textures and shapes. But overall, it plays DVD’s and my old VSH's, and records off the TV, so it serves its purpose and was at a reasonable price.

Can you transfer a VHS to a DVD on this?

No, for that you would need a DVD-R, this is just a player.

having trouble hooking up dvd/vch to tv I have a cable box

You need a 2nd set of white/red/yellow A/V cables. Run one set from your TV to the player's "DVD/VCR Out". Run the other set from you cable box to the player's "VCR In". This is the easiest way. The holes on your TV and Cable box should be color coated, so you know what plugs where. Hope this is helpful.
