A good looking microwave that is a great size. Small on counter and takes up little room. Would give it 5 stars but is a little loud. Nothing bad just a bit louder than my old Panasonic. Still very nice and worth buying. Highly recommended.

control panel very difficult to read

I just purchased the 1.1 microwave oven and am surprised to barely see the numbers and words on the control panel. They are very dark. Is there a grey piece of plastic over them that I am supposed to peel off?

No I do not believe there is any kind of plastic film to be removed. If it is not in the instructions don't try to remove anything.
