What's great about it: Easy to use and great price!!
What's not so great: Syncing heart rate monitor with loop
This is a great product for anyone exercising!! Love how it tells me how much sleep I got. It also tells you how active you've been or not been. When you link it to the heart rate monitor its even more accurate. The app on the phone is very detailed as well. The only bad thing is I don't think the step count is accurate but I didn't buy it for the step count so I am not to worried about that. Great product overall and I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Does it track bike riding?

Unfortunately, it would not track bike riding specifically but it should still count it as activity.

band how do u shorten it ? My wrist is small. Do u cut it or what?

Yes, you have to cut it to fit. I made sure I cut it larger and then you can always cut more from there.
