We have had this microwave for about a month now, and no problems so far. It cooks evenly, has a sturdy construction and the beep is less annoying than on other microwaves. It can heat a small dish of food throughout in 30 seconds. It does not hurt your hand to open and close it as some others do. It does the work of larger microwaves without taking up so much space. It also does not have a strong plastic smell like others do. The person who helped us select it, Xylina, is a stellar salesperson, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and kind.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Do you have a countertop microwave oven where the numerals displayed are seconds instead of minutes?

yes, this one does that.

Is it stainless inside

the inside is metal, but not stainless steel.
