What's great about it: The tv is on the wall and out of the way
What's not so great: It's hard to tighten screws for the right tilt
It installs with minimal ease and is easy to take down or put up
I would recommend this to a friend!

Is there an alternate way to mount this TV wall mount, if you can only use one stud in order to center it over a fireplace?
Your studs should be 16 inches apart so it should be easy to center mount the wall mount into two studs
