To the most part this is good at what it is advertised to do.
It counts steps, monitors my heart (and in turn sleep).
My 'issues' would be with the Brightness (I referee soccer and even on
Max it is not easy to see on a very sunny day.
I wish it was waterproof. I've almost walked into the shower with it on.

At first my wife thought this phone was going to be hard to get used to due to the size. Within a few days she had no issues. When she holds my iPhone 5 she says it feels like a toy.
She also loves the camera features on the 6S. Grandson participated in Pinewood Derby and she took a picture of start of the race and when she holds the photo she gets to see the cars go down the whole slope.

Can I use a third party band
I really like the device but I would like to use a band that expands and contracts while I use it. Something like the old twistoflex.
There are lots of bands available on the internet.

Is this switch compatible with Cat 6 cables? It says cat 5, I just don't know if that means cat 5 or higher or cat 5 only.
You can use both Cat5 and Cat6 cables with this switch.

Does this switch carry the PoE (Power over Ethernet) functionality? If so, what type of cable must be used for POE (Not looking for "Cat6 or Cat5e" answers, I'm talking twisted-pair or something like 568-A or related)?
No this is not a POE switch.

It will not make anything faster. This just allows you to add more connections.
