What's great about it: hands free
What's not so great: noise
The product is great to have being hands free. It does cut out a bit and picks up noise making repeating necessary.

What's great about it: very comfortable and great sound
What's not so great: The charge cord is very short.
This is a very good and very comfortable hands free device. I love that it is completely hands free, including when a call comes in it asks weather to answer or ignore. It completely disconnects automatically when the call is complete.
