why are the parts & labor warranty for this TV 1yr "LIMITED" while others are 1 yr

Normally that means you have to bring the product to the service center.

Judder/Ghosting problems.

I purchased this TV back in August and I have to say I have been having problems. When I am playing my Apple TV and/or my Fios I notice that the picture has a slight jump or pause for about a half of second every so often. I have a high speed internet, the correct HDMI cables and I keep the settings on standard and still this problem persist. It is the engine in the TV or is there a problem for the TV. Also I have notice that some parts of the film or program seems to be missing the pixels in some scenes. Please give a answer to this problem.
I have apple tv and have not had that problem?
