My old computers mother board went bad with tons on information on the hard drive. I bought a new computer and this docking station made file transfer super easy.

Why only 8 pictures?

Starting with the 4th film package I loaded, I have only been getting 8 pictures from the film. I open the back of the camera to replace the film and the count moves to 'S'. The first picture ejects the backing and moves the count to 10. By the time it reaches 2, no more pictures. The 5th film did the same. I have one more film from the 2 pack, which I suspect will only give me 8 pictures instead of 10.
Sometimes the counter resets. You have to try to keep taking snapshots to reset it. It this doesn't solve it then maybe you have bought some defective photos.
