What's great about it: Easy network setup, excellent print quality
What's not so great: Nothing yet
I have always liked HP printers. This one is wonderful. My last couple printers have had large touchscreens and too many options. This one is just right. Just enough information on the screen and not many options. It is a printer not a computer. I love it.

The 4500 doesn't recognize my Dell XP. It says it can't locate drivers. we've downloaded drivers and still the problem. Any ideas?any

Try installing the entire printer software suite. And uninstall the optional software later if you can get things to work.
