What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: absolutely nothing
I have nothing but high regards for my new washer it is very quiet and lets me know when the was is done with a soft bit of music instead of a loud annoying buzz. I do admit i barley get a chance to use it as everyone in the household now volunteers to do laundry :) . the touch screen control panel only took about 5 minutes to completely understand. I did hook it up to our internet but cant bring myself to use a smart phone with it.
To my wife's opposition i brought in my shop towels from the garage and tossed them all in and put on the heavy duty setting put in the HE soap. that simple to my amazement my towels were like new, well for the most part except the hole in them from years of abuse in my garage, but as for clean they were incredible clean.
it is definitely saving on electricity and water i have had for jsut over a month and can see a difference in my bill / usage already.
Anyways I just thought i would share how well the washer worked for me. We purchased this washer with a pedestal which has a nice little drawer for storage inside it.
BTW i did rate this as a excellent value for price, It was a expensive washer but the value is in my opinion totally worth it.
This product is or has... A great water saver, All the cycles I need, Energy efficient, Big enough capacity for a comforter, A steam cycle, Doesn't vibrate my house, Great at getting tough stains out, Easy to use controls, awesome
About me... Looking for energy savings, Always get the deal, Big Family, Parent of kids, End of cycle signal gets my attention

Will this model accomodate a king sized comforter?
I have a king sized comforter and would like to wash it at home rather than having to take it to the cleaners, or worse yet, visit a laundromat! Is this model large enough to accomodate a king sized comforter?
I have this model or one that is exactly like it and i have washed my CA-King Heavy blankets and comforters. And they are very large. It took a while to start I think it was doing a measurement or something and in fact it was part of the reason for the purchase was the size of the washer. I love mine I hope this helps you.
