I love this product give it a 4 instead of a 5 because doesn't fit in my ear as well as it should

Having trouble fitting them to my ears.

Can't figure out what size ear holders to use. When I bend down the sound changes. Not sure if I should keep them. They also fall out of my ears easy.
I went on line and purchased the package of multi fit ear buds I wear different sizes in each ear
