I upgraded from an S4 and love this phone. All the hype about no SD slot or removable battery does not outweigh the phone's capabilities.

What's great about it: simplicity of operation yet great for everyday use and organization
My wife uses her phone for mostly facebook, texting, calls, and web browsing. This phone fits her perfectly. It's speed on 4G is awesome and it has a great deal of apps for organization.

What's great about it: Protection from wear and tear!!
I had an otterbox defender on my iPhone for nearly 2 years and it looked like new when I took it out. Otterbox is an excellent product and wouldn't use any other case to protect my phone, they just don't come close to the quality.

What's great about it: all the features that iPhone technology doesn't have
What's not so great: short battery life, apps run continuously taking up performance space
I recently switched from the iPhone, which I thought I would never do. I was actually there at Best Buy to upgrade to the iPhone 5 and visited the Samsung area. The rep from Samsung was very informative about the Galaxy S4 and did an overall comparison for me that was honest and pointed out the pros and cons of both phones. However, the Galaxy S4 won me over, despite my experience with the Android OS. I was very disappointed with the last two phones that I had had with the Android OS, thus the switch to the iPhone in the first place. I asked the Samsung rep all kinds of questions and bashed on the Android OS quite a bit, but despite my bias I made the switch and took a chance. I have had the phone for a couple of months now and glad I did take the chance. It's an excellent phone with LOTS of features that the iPhone just can't come close to in comparison. Android has definitely come a long way within the last 5 years! Downside, I don't have my iTunes anymore.

I want to change my plan .. have verizon. 2 phones

my phone with text and web use and my husband only calls
I would go with the lowest data plan that I could get if you have wifi at your home. I have the plan with 6gb and have only been using .8 GB total between two lines. I plan to switch to the 2GB next month.
