This was my first pair of wireless headphones, I really like the freedom and easy Bluetooth connection. The sound is great. The charging is a bit of a pain, since I haven't needed to do this with headphones before.

Great easy setup, powers my old Bose system well. Just wished there was more than one connection for a single set of speakers. Had to use an old splitter box to connect multiple pairs.

does the amp need to be hard wired to the internet

Does the system need to be hard wired through the ethernet cable?

No it doesn't need to be hardwired. My setup works fine using WiFi in my upstairs bedroom. My wireless router is downstairs and there is no problem receiving a signal upstairs.
