This is easy to use and keeps track of several exercise goals. I just wish you could sync it to an iPhone 4.

HOW TO WEAR THE DEVICE

Can you clip the Fitbit - One to a lanyard that you wear around the neck? I have to wear a lanyard with a work ID and this would be great if it worked this way. It would e with me all the time. Thank you.
I wear mine on a chain tucked in my bra. Don't know if you are a guy or gal but that's what works for me.
