Cheap plastic
No vibrate
Middle button does absolutely nothing...
Mushy buttons
Round dpad like 360
Pros
Triggers and analog sticks are tight
Works with everything
Keyboard and mouse emulation with Logitech software
Direct x mode switch
Works with everything other controllers don't, support for games with no controller support with profiles
That useless middle button serves no purpose...

Is this Windows 8.1 and specifically winRT compatible?

Yes and no... No direct x emulation support because Logitech software is x86 and not arm compatible, but does work for some games
