What's great about it: Fits so easily into the CD cubby to hold my Garmin at that level.
What's not so great: Nothing.
This item is flexible and the best choice for how I needed to set up my Garmin. Works really well and remains stable. No moving about.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: I can read the street names do easily.
What's not so great: Nothing yet.
A really great Garmin. I had an old one that I used for years. This one is a really nice size and easy to read.
This product has... Large/easy to see screen, Easy menus, Lifetime traffic, Free map updates

does it have a rest stop icon ?

Mentioned in my other response to you that I do not see a rest stop icon. However there are bank, restaurant, and gas icons.

does it have other routes other then fastest time or shortest distance ?

Yes it has other possibles such as low fuel and off road. Not sure what low fuel means. Also can set for detours and other road changes such as roundabouts, paved, and such. Has a menu for up ahead that includes banks, restaurants, and gas. Did not see rest stops. I love this model. Fits in my center CD box area.
