Wireless charging is somewhat of a novelty. It's convenient for the bedside but I tend to just plug my phone in before bed anyway. It works with the iPhone 8, although I don't know if it will do fast charging until Apple unlocks it through a firmware upgrade.

This is one of Apple’s worst products. I bought this assuming it was like every other smart case Apple makes but I was wrong. This is not a case that holds and protects the mini, this is only a screen protector. It sticks to the mini with just a magnet and is meant to be used in conjunction with their silicone case which costs another $50. This product is horrible, I returned it before I even left the parking lot.

I love this laptop, it's the nicest thing Dell has ever produced. However, there are bugs and other issues that need to be worked through. I don't know if it's hardware, software, bios, or driver related, but I have issues with screen resolution and improper scaling, I have sudden Bluetooth failures, I have power issues that send the laptop into overdrive and drain the battery while in supposed standby mode, software stops responding or becomes disabled during standby.. I can deal with computer glitches but I can't recommend this to a friend who isn't computer savvy like myself, sorry.
The list of problems I'm having is very disappointing but it does reboot rather quickly so...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm so happy I bought these! They're relatively small, look good and sound great. Very clear highs and good accurate bass. I have them connected to a Sonos Connect:Amp and they're paired with a small Klipsch 6" theater subwoofer. The room is 12'x15' and these speakers are perfect. The sound and power handling capabilities are more than enough and they sound 5 times bigger than they are!
I also have dealt with Klipsch customer support on 2 occasions and they did not disappoint me. They were very friendly and replaced my defective equipment very much to my satisfaction. Very happy customer here!

I have a Technics SL20 that I would like to hook up with Klipsch speakers. Do I need a preemp to connect these together?
I have no clue about any of this. I am not even sure how to go about connecting them. To say that I am not tech savvy would be an understatement. I would like to get the best sound possible for my vinyls. Thank you so much!!!!
You need an amplifier or receiver that has a vinyl input, or else a preamp and an amp.. Vinyl players put out an extremely small signal, Same as a microphone. Amplifiers and receivers accept a "line level" signal that phonographs don't produce. So if there isn't a specific 'vinyl' or 'phono' input on you amp or receiver, you will need that preamp to boost the very low phonograph signal to an acceptable line level, which can then be amplified for the speakers.. Got it?!

Would these speakers be good enough to replace my 20yr + old speakers that are floor standing and have 10inch subs in them?
I am trying to downsize and use them mostly for movies, tv & video games only rarely do I play music on them, I have a denon amp.
Obviously you will lose a lot of bass, but these otherwise will sound great for what you want to do.

How is the Bass response,I need strong Bass for my stereo system.
You will never get "strong" bass from a 5 1/4" woofer. The bass sounds very good for their small size, but if you really like bass as I do too, these speakers sound fantastic when paired up with an external subwoofer.

speaker height
does anyone know the speaker height?
These speakers are exactly 12.5" tall, and the stick on rubber feet will add another 3/16". The front grill however is rounded at the top and extends another 3/8" past the top of the speaker. So if you use the feet and install the grill, the top of the grill will be exactly 13 1/16" tall.

how do I load software without cd drive?
These days, the easiest way is to jump online and download it from the manufacturer. If you can't do that, the next way is to use a computer that has a cd drive and transfer the contents of the disc to a usb stick.
