Whirlpool water filter...a necessary ingredient to every day living. Prior to us owning this fridge, we had one of those "ugly" office water coolers, with the heavy 5 gallon replacement bottles. So yes, I'm happy with this system.

What's great about it: NO center agitator = MORE ROOM
What's not so great: Nothing
I was fearful about going "all digital" with a washer...but there really is no such thing as pull button manual if you want all the features of the new machines. Ultimately we are VERY happy. 21 loads a week...and all is good!
This product is or has... A great water saver, All the cycles I need, Energy efficient, Big enough capacity for a comforter, Acceptable level of noise, Doesn't vibrate my house, Easy to use controls

Does this machine have a pre soaking option? If not can I pause the machine to soak the clothes?

YES, there is a PAUSE button on the panel.
