I use these drives almost exclusively for Backup. They are inexpensive and fast if using them on a USB 3.0 Port. We use these for Windows 7 & 8 Backups as well as Small Business Server Backups. I have had to warranty a couple of them due to failures but this is from constant use over years of backups. Western Digital Warranty has been great and fast for replacement drives when needed. I would recommend the drives to anyone who need large capacity, fast backups.

I use the CyberPower - 625VA Battery Back-Up Systems for my client's equipment closets to connect network switches and routers, etc. They are nice and compact and they are very light which allows me to put them on an equipment shelf or mount them to the wall. With 625VA I can also plug in my Telephone System PBX's if needed. Great for Computer Workstations, too!
