This tv is good for the price. The volume seems to be ok but not great. However we aren't using a sound bar with it and we're able to hear it ok. Picture is good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just bought this tv. Do I need to purchase any wires/cables for the install? I am hooking it up to a dvd player and cable box. Thanks!

You'll need an HDMI cable for your wifi.
