I've had Fitbits since they came out starting with an Ultra, then a couple Ones followed by a Surge and now this. The Charge 2 is an excellent release and I've been as happy with it as any that I've had. As long as your primary purpose in wearing it is to track your activity and not be any kind of smart watch, I'm certain you will be too.
My primary activities with it are tracking my walking and bike riding. In regards to both, I've been more satisfied with it's use of my phone's GPS than I ever was with the built-in GPS on my Fitbit Surge. I was always hesitant to use the GPS tracking on the surge due to the way it would suck the battery and force me to go Fitbit-less sooner while it sat on the charger. My phone, on the other hand is always being charged anyway and doing so doesn't require that I take off my Fitbit. Even on an all-day bike ride, I can toss the phone with an external battery in a bag while I wear the watch and neither comes close to running out of juice. The battery, even with loads of activity tracking, lasts me most of a week. Other nice things about it are the simple text/phone/cal notifications on it and the great display and quick interface.
There are a few things that I don't like as much. For one, at night it can be quite bright. I do wish that it had a sensor to tell it to dim the display when it was dark. Also, looking at my wrist doesn't always trigger the accelerometer in the Charge to wake up the display. I've gotten to where I quickly rotate my wrist away from me first, then back towards my face to ensure enough motion to wake it up. A small deal — but one I have to do multiple times a day.
In all, if you know what a Fitbit is and aren't expecting something that's more than that, I think you will be very happy with this. It does what Fitbits have always done, better than they have ever done it.

What's great about it: Price was good for amount of storage
I was simply looking for a 3TB or larger drive to hold my media files as the one I used prior had failed. The price was right on this and it seems to be working well.
This product has... Reliable, Quiet, Large capacity/good size

A friend of mine bought one from your company and says that in 2 years it can be upgraded at no cost.

I had a Surge — their larger, GPS enabled watch that preceded the Ionic and Blaze. It got to the point where the battery wouldn't last me even one day. Also the band, which on that watch is not removable, was falling apart. I called support and they were able to look at my sync history to see how poorly the battery was performing. Because I was out of my warranty period (less than 2 years), they offered me a 25% discount on a new fitbit. It was certainly disappointing to be told a $250 birthday-gift device was destined for the garbage after such a short time, but 25% was better than a kick in the head I guess. I did get a new Charge and have been happy with it since. I have no expectation that I will get a free replacement when it gets tired of functioning and it's why I'll probably stick to this mid-range fitbits instead of spending $$$ on something like the Ionic.

What is the size difference between small & large Men’s Women

I think the only difference is the length of the band. As far as I know the device itself is the the same width in both the large and the small.

How do you change the time?

It should be grabbing the time from whatever device you sync with. I have noticed that mine starts losing time if, for some reason, I don't sync it for a few days. That's only happened once and it was on accident. In normal usage, as long as it is syncing frequently, the clock is right in step with my phone (including time zone changes while traveling).

Does the Fitbit Charge 2 have the reminder to move function ?

Yep. You can decide the hours between which it will do this AND the days on which it will remind you in the Fitbit app. I have it set to my working hours on weekdays since that is when I'm most prone to be sitting for long periods without moving. If I haven't done 250 steps by 10 minutes to the hour it buzzes me and lets me know how many steps I need to get my hourly 250 — then buzzes me again when I've accomplished that.

I'm looking for NAS storage that is compatible with both pc and mac

I own a Mac and my husband has a PC. This says that you have to reformat this device to use it with a Mac. Is there a way to use it with both a Mac and a PC?
Some drives come with software for the mac to let you keep it formatted for Windows while using it on the mac. I don't believe this one does, but you can purchase it if that is important. Paragon makes software for both Mac and Windows that lets them read the other computer's drives. If you wanted to keep it formatted for windows, you would just need the Paragon software for mac: http://www.paragon-software.com/mac/

Is this HD compatible with my MacMini?

You'll want to format it using Disk Utility as Mac OS Extended to work with your mac, but yes. It will work fine.

Can I use this interchangeably between windows vista and windows 8.1?

I want to back up all my files from an old PC with Windows Vista into this external hard drive. Will I be able to pull out the files using a new laptop with a Windows 8.1 readily or do I need to do any reformatting?
I can't answer this definitively not having both Vista and 8.1 right in front of me, but there were no big formatting changes between vista and 8.1. Both can read NTFS or FAT, so regardless of how you have it formatted on Vista, 8.1 should be absolutely fine with it.
