I bought this as a gift for my mother. She loves that she can use her own fresh ground coffee easily rather than be stuck using a Keurig cup, which tend to be too weak for her taste.
I would recommend this to a friend!

how do u heat the water

brand new today how does the water heat mine was cold and kcup didn't even empty
Maybe you have a defective one! Take it back to the store...
